Introduction
Hey, Uppercenters! This is a quick guide on how to join an allow list for an Uppercent course access pass & how to participate in the presale afterwards.
First things first is the allow list. Because Uppercent access passes are exclusive, we created an allow list function to enable Uppercenters to make a deposit towards an access pass & by doing so, confirm a spot in the presale when it comes about.
The presale will tend to happen around 4 weeks after the allow list has opened. This will differ for each course, so if you’re on an allow list, make sure you’re following us on Twitter for updates on when the presale for the course will go live.
Let’s get into how the allow list & presale works.
Allow list
Step 1 — Allow list page
Each course has its own allow list page, which will be released when we announce the course. The 1st course & therefore allow list will be launched at 4PM GMT this Thursday (29th February 2024).
All you’ve got to do once the course has been announced is click the link provided and visit the allow list page.
On the allow list page, you can learn about the course.
Step 2 — Connect wallet
Click Connect Wallet in the Menu.
Once you’ve clicked this, you can either create a wallet if you don’t have one by typing in your email address & following the instructions, or you can click ‘connect with wallet’ if you already have a $FLR based wallet.
If you click ‘Connect with Wallet’, you’ll have two options.
If you have a metamask wallet, just click Metamask. If you have a different type of wallet, for example, Bifrost, please use Wallet Connect by accessing the wallet connect function within your wallet and scanning the QR code.
Step 3 — Join allow list
Once you’ve connected your wallet, scroll to the bottom of the allow list page, and you’ll see a section like this:

You’ll see the total RRP price of the course access pass and also what amount needs to be deposited now if you are to join the allow list and confirm a spot on the presale. Your allow list deposit will go towards the RRP price of an access pass.
You’ll see the price in dollars and what that price currently converts to in $FLR.
If you’re happy with the allow list price & total course access pass price, once you’ve ticked to agree to terms, you’ll be able to click ‘Join Allow List’ & then confirm the allow list transaction in your wallet.
Step 4 — Allow list confirmation
Once you’ve confirmed your allow list transaction within your wallet, you’ll see the following page.
You do not need to do anything else once you see this page; your wallet should be on the allow list. You should be able to confirm this by viewing the transaction history in your wallet, confirming that you’ve joined the allow list. After this, you’re guaranteed a spot on the presale, which we will cover next.
You can join the allow list up to 5 times by repeating the process.
Presale
Step 1 — Connecting your allow list wallet
So, you’re on the allow list & you’ve been following @Uppercent_ on twitter. Uppercent have announced that the presale is now live, what’s next?
You’ll be provided with the presale link; again, go to this page and connect the wallet to the Uppercent website that you used to join the allow list.
Step 2 — Mint presale access pass
Scroll down the presale page to the presale section.
If you’ve connected your allow list wallet, you should see the following outlining how much you have outstanding to mint your access pass in the presale.

Once you tick to agree to the terms you’ll be able to click ‘Mint Your Pass’. Once you click this, you can confirm the minting of your pass within your wallet.
To note:
You have 7 days to mint your presale access pass or you lose your allow list space & the deposited allow list $FLR tokens. We implemented this feature so that all passes for the course have a fair chance of going into circulation. If we didn’t put an end date on when allow list participants need to mint their pass by, participants might never mint their access pass & therefore those access passes would be locked off from circulation.
Step 3 — Confirm your pass
Once you’ve confirmed the mint of your access pass in your wallet, you will see the following page confirming that you’ve minted your access pass. You’ll also be able to see the access pass in your wallet as it is an NFT.
Step 4 — Access the course
Now you own an access pass; you can start accessing your Uppercent course; simply follow the instructions outlined below! More to come on this in another blog.
